1. Commitment to Safeguarding

Happy Panda Chinese is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children attending our classes and activities. The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority.

2. Staff & Supervision

教师与看护安排
 

English

  • Children are supervised by teachers during scheduled class times only.

  • All teaching staff follow safeguarding guidance appropriate to working with children.

  • Happy Panda Chinese does not provide childcare or supervision outside class hours.

  • 教师仅在正式上课时间内对学生进行看护与管理。

  • 所有教师均遵循适用于儿童教育的安全与保护规范。

  • Happy Panda Chinese 不提供课程时间以外的托管或看护服务。


3. Drop-off & Pick-up Responsibility

接送责任说明

Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s safety before class begins and after class ends, including drop-off and pick-up arrangements. Children should not be left unattended outside class times.

家长或监护人需负责孩子在上课前及下课后的安全，包括接送安排。课程时间之外，孩子不应被单独留在教学场地。

 

4. Health, First Aid & Emergencies

健康、急救与突发情况
 

English

  • Parents must inform Happy Panda Chinese of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance.

  • In the event of a minor injury or illness, basic first aid may be administered.

  • Parents will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible if further action is required.

  • 家长需提前告知 Happy Panda Chinese 孩子的健康状况、过敏史或特殊需求。

  • 如发生轻微意外或不适，教师可在必要时提供基础急救。

  • 如需进一步处理，将尽快联系家长。

 

5. Behaviour & Safety

行为与课堂安全

Children are expected to behave in a way that ensures their own safety and the safety of others. Any behaviour that poses a risk to others will be addressed, and parents may be contacted where appropriate.
 

中文
孩子应遵守课堂规范，确保自身及他人的安全。如出现可能影响安全的行为，机构将进行处理并视情况与家长沟通。

 

6. Limitation of Responsibility

责任范围说明

Happy Panda Chinese is responsible for children only during class time and within the teaching space. Responsibility cannot be accepted for incidents occurring outside these times or areas.

Happy Panda Chinese 仅在课程时间及教学场地范围内对学生承担管理责任。对于课程时间及场地之外发生的情况，机构不承担相关责任。

 

7. Acknowledgement

By enrolling their child, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to the above safety and safeguarding arrangements.
